Three Rivers |
Description Three Rivers Lake is an old uranium mine dug in 1980 and stocked shortly after with bass and various forage fish. In September of 2003 the lake was restocked with tilapia and bluegill. It is 1 mile around the berm and over 100 feet down to the water with a gradient of 4 to 1 and 3 to 1, which is just enough of a slope to be able to drive down to the water when dry. The lake has depths up to 30 feet. There is a boat available if you don’t want to drive yours down as well as good bank fishing. This is a unique site and despite the description is extremely beautiful. |
General Directions 65 miles south of San Antonio. |
